Prof. Narsing Rao Pyarasani was introduced to the Real Estate Business through his father’s extensive experience and exposure in the sector. Inspired by this strong family legacy, he started his own Real Estate Business in the name of Greater Hyderabad Real Estate Professional (GHREP) in the year 2001.
Prof. Rao’s father, Late Shri P. Mallaiah Garu, a native of Hyderabad City, was a well-known Real Estate professional of his time. Between 1965 and 1995, he successfully dealt with the sale of numerous open plots across Hyderabad, Rajahmundry, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, and Madras (Chennai).
During those days, his extensive involvement in the Real Estate sector earned him the respected title of “Sthalala Mallaiah Garu.” Their joint family was based at Kothapet X Roads, Hyderabad.
